Bara is a cute nickname
I have inherited some nicknames by others I’m not to fond of like Babs,
Boobra (I have big boobs), Barbie sometimes, but I really like Bara, or another one I made up Barbree.

I agree, BARBARA ANN is the BEST first & middle name combination — it’s also my name combo (even though I adore Barbara Jean Moorehead aka “JEANIE” of ‘I DREAM OF JEANIE T.V. fame !!! Also, I agree that Barbara Streisand was probably the most famous of Barbaras in the 20th Century, but she is nearly unknown by anyone under 45 years of age or so — sad !!! I also always disliked my name, because there’s really no cute nick-name ever since that “doll” (Barbie) came out in 1959-1960 !!!

well, as you say, galdra, everyone knows Barbra Streisand (her middle name, incidentally, is Joan). We’re not necessarily looking for the “most famous” bearer of any given name.

In the middle names section, we’re not going to repeat a middle name someone already has in the famous section — both Barbara Harris and BarBara Luna have the middle name Ann.

I’m surprised that you didn’t list Barbra Streisand – arguably the most famous ‘Barbara’ in the 20th century. Certainly more famous / better known than the first two singers on your list! And you omitted the ubiquitous ‘Ann” in the middle names. That has to be most popular.
